Hello! I am Yash, a graphic designer/typographer based in Mumbai, India. I presently work at Animal as an Art Lead, with a specialization in Brand Identity, Typography, and Packaging. All fonts are good fonts, but one of my pipe dreams is to put more Indian languages on the next edition of MS Word. Over the course of my career, I've provided logos and design systems and custom lettering, and general life-wisdom to clients that include Netflix, Budweiser, Airtel, Facebook, and other global names. At the 2022 Kyoorius Design Awards, I received the Red Elephant for my work on Budweiser Streetwear & Dailyhunt, an in-book award for real-estate brand Squareyards and other shortlists.

Outside of working hours and on some long weekends,
I like exploring Devanagari and Urdu type and mish mashing them together to see what comes out. If I like what it looks like I sometimes get them screen-printed and distribute among family and friends. My mom thinks they're quite cool–hope you will like them too :)
